Perfect Pasko by Dutch windsurfer Rick Jendrusch filmed during the PWA Freestyle World Cup in Fuerteventura. Rick windsurfed great in Fuerteventura and achieved his best PWA result to date with a 13th place. Unfortunately he dislocated his shoulder twice since the summer and is now off the water and needs to undergo surgery.
“I just came back from the specialist this morning and we checked my MRI scan. The conclusion is that my shoulder is not stabil anymore and I need to do surgery. Actually that’s what I want because now I sail with fear in my mind that it happens again and I can’t go full on. I will have my surgery on 18th of January and I probaly have a recovery time of 6 months to be 100% fit again and on the board. So it will take some time but for me its really important as I still want to windsurf all my life and now I’m fit and ready to do surgery.” (Rick Jendrusch, 30.11.2017)
