In September just before the PWA wave final in Sylt Victor Fernandez decided to travel to Portugal, because of a good forecast. Check some great wave action from Caparica and Guincho. Looks like this trip was a good preparation for Victor, as he won the World Cup wave final in Sylt afterwards.
