The winter swell is gnarly and the wind on the inside light and gusty!! The video shows some unedited crashes in full length and how tricky the conditions are at Ho’okipa, where the world’s best wave windsurfers battle for the podium in the Aloha Classic or the big companies run their wave photo shoots. Taking a lot of risk at Ho’okipa can cause massive damage of the equipment. We posted the shorter version of Matt. He as well published a +10 minutes long version without any music, just the sound of the waves and wind.
