Hortensio Dias Claros produced a short clip about Miguel Chapuis, the talented 16 year.old wave windsurfer. Miguel, who lives in Tarifa, had a session at Playa Chica (the small beach) right next to the city center of Tarifa. The clip has good vibes and Miguel lands a nicely tweaked Push loop in strong wind conditions. Well done Miguel!! We hope the winter will bring waves and wind!
