Lucas Meldrum is a British wave rider and just turned 17. He is 2016 BWA champion in the youth category and he is looking forward to compete at the Tiree Wave Classic for his first time: “It’s the first year I’m going to Tiree, so I am super excited.” The Tiree Wave Classic starts on October 14 and the video shows action from two days at his home spot Hove (Brighton) which can get some nice conditions with westerly conditions. Lucas: “I am really concentrating on getting my wave rides really good, getting more consistent on Backies and trying some new moves before the competition season!!”
