Check out this new FYM Productions edit featuring Danish Pro Lars Petersen D-99 wave sailing in Cold Hawaii during 2016. Lars, who works active in video production, still is extremely fit at the age of 47. He rides the waves at the Danish coasts all the year long, even when it’s winter. And the former freestyle pro got a place for the upcoming PWA wave event at his home spot. Go for it Lars!!
Great to see him ripping still! He’s been at this for a long time and continues to inspire us adult men aka grown children. Didn’t notice anything wrong with the clothing. Must have been because the camo worked so well.
To all melting peace loving freaks that have an issue with camouflage cloths:Lars is a great sailor and a great ambassador to the sport no matter he wears camouflage cloths or not.
the aerial shots are great, the mid-action cuts are not my taste, and the camouflage hoody, oh dear, why do adult men wear camouflage cloths? why does anyone in a safe country want to evoke a feeling of war and warfare, when war brings only misery to so many places… isn’t surfing about spreading the love and peace so well expressed in the colourful boards, sails and shorts…
The camouflage pattern was also often worn by members of the antiwar movement and is quite often used in an inverted sense. The discussion about the use of military symbols in fashion is of course reasonable, but perhaps too much philospohical thinking in the context of this video.
