Adrien Bosson wins the second EFPT tour stop in Tarifa in front of Sam Esteve and Jacopo Testa. The EFPT Toro Andaluz 2017 was an event with four days full of high class, flat water freestyle action. For two days it was really howling in Tarifa and the Levante wind showed its full potentional and the riders were on their smallest sails.
