Amado Vrieswijk, Taty Frans and Antony Ruenes scored a very wavy day at Bonaire’s number 1 wave spot, called Lac Cai. Lac Cai is located further east from the famous lagoon at Bonaire’s south east coast. The spot works well with wind from easterly and north-easterly directions. According to Taty, the best chance for waves is from February to July.
On this day, the waves were 2-3 m and Taty used his 93 liter wave board and 4.7m sail. Amado and Antony prefered their freestyle boards. They put on a great show landing double Forwards, Paskos, Shifties, no handed Back loop, huge Back loops, stalled Forwards. Taty lands a clean Back loop on the way in and Amado an incredible double Air Culo!!
