Antoine Albert: “On February 12th 2020 the cyclone Uesi hit New Caledonia bringing some heavy rain and strong north east wind opening up some new spots in the south. We sailed two different spots in one day. The first one is in Nouméa in the morning and the second one is at the Yaté lake, down south of the island, that we scored in the afternoon. It’s located in between the mountains and in the red dirt. The water has changed the color a bit on that day.”
