Alexandre Grand-Guillot lives  in the north of France in the Normandy and windsurfs at the spot Urville-Nacqueville. It’s a nice spot, when the wind blows from western or eastern direction. The 17 year old young talented French rider has sessions on the water as often as the conditions on. He still goes to school, but tries to make it on the water two or three times a week on the water during school and almost every day during school holidays. Marcilio Browne is his idol in windsurfing and he really likes the style of Thomas Traversa, too.

In 2015 he will continue to do all competitions in France and has the goals to make it in the top 5 of the RipCurl Windsurfing Pro Tour.

“This summer I will stay one month on the Canary Islands to participate in the junior competitions during the PWA events. One of my goals is to pass the Trials in Pozo and Tenerife, if it’s possible. I am motivated and I will show to everyone that I’m really determined to do what I want!!” Alexandre Grand-Guillot

We are happy to see a few young upcoming talents in the wave discipline and wish Alexandre good luck for his goals and dreams in the near future.
