“Girl on Wave” is a sport documentary by Echohouse Films about Sarah Hauser. Sarah was born in New Caledonia, but is living together with her husband Casey on Maui. She made her PWA debut in 2014 at the Aloha Classic, won the 2015 overall ranking of the American Windsurfing Tour and windsurfed the waves of Pe’ahi.
The film tells Sarah’s story, documents her training and includes interviews with other world-class athletes and other people who have inspired Sarah on her path to winning the 2015 American Windsurfing Tour title.
