You have swell the whole year, but July and August should be the two best months with the highest swell size and 80% consistency of swells to arrive. The favorite months from Ricardo Guglielmino, a windsurfer from Peru, are April, May, September and October for Wind/Waves. And we have been there in February, which is normally a bad month for windsurfing there, and scored great conditions, too.
