In his fifth vlog from Cape Town UK windsurfer Adam Sims takes us first to Cape Point and then to Muizenberg, where he continues his Double Foward loop mission. His Double Forward loop training got interrupted because of a serious crash of a Double Forward attempt in Tarifa 2013, where he was taken from Tarifa hospital by ambulance to Algeciras for emergency head scans. Good to see him back on the Double Forward mission.
