Last November the Belgian freestyle sailor Dieter van der Eyken (B-35) travelled to the West Coast of Australia. He started his journey at the city of Perth, where his freestyle colleague Laure Treboux picked him up from the airport and where Dieter also had his first freestyle session at the Swan river. Then Dieter started his trip along the Australian westcoast and visited places like Geraldton or Gnaraloo. Dieter told us that his absolute favourite spot is Geraldton as it is the perfect combination for jumping and freestyle.
