Olaf Crato, the producer of the windsurfing films Dis.Traction and Blackwaters, produced a video portrait about the Swiss windsurfer Pascal Bronnimann, who lives on Maui working for the brand Goya and who lives his dream as a soul surfer.
Olaf called the clip “Soul of windsurfing”, in which the Swiss grants a brief glimpse into his life on Maui, Hawaii. Pascal talks about the old times and his beginnings of windsurfing, when he used to travel with his mother in a camper van along Europe’s coast. Of course his windsurfing got better but he always wanted to keep the fun and saw windsurfing as a hobby all the time.

Dude rips! Works hard and plays hard a rad balance, Pascal is a great person to have conducting business at Goya & Quatro
Pascal is a humble guy and excellent windsurfer. I’m not quite sure if quatro/goya really understands the importance of a multi-linguar, top-notched waterman and talented salesman as their representative at the front desk. Hope they do.
pascal rips. so stylish. but no mention of all those years he spent honing his port tack skills on Oahu prior to heading to Maui.
sailing with pascal is more fun than a barrel of monkeys and a two wheel bike. oh and he is just about the nicest guy on the water.
that las part was fucking sketchy, when he sailed next to the rocks
