Windsurfing in cold conditions is hard. Freestyle windsurfing in conditions below 5° is even harder. Dutch freestyle windsurfer Remko de Zeeuw had a great session at Brouwersdam and at the Oostvoorne lake (Netherlands), which is located next to the big harbor of Rotterdam.
