In the morning the bay of Alacati was glassy. No wind. After the lunchbreak the wind picked up to 6 to 14 knots, but never got consistant enough to continue with round number 9. Antoine Albeau and Valerie Ghibaudo stay in the lead, followed by Finian Maynard and Sarah-Quita Offringa. Just one day is left to complete this round and perhaps start another elimination.

In the afteroon the riders and spectators got entertained with a Bikini contest, a Capoeira show and the Rozi Ladies Cup.
3 teams participated in the Rozi Ladies Cup, a fun windsurfing challenge. The three teams had to sail around a one mark course. The international team with Sarah-Quita Offringa, Karin Jaggi and Sarah Hebert could win in front of the French and the Turkish team and won 1000€ prizemoney.
