In order to ensure further growth in this field we are looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER for SUP boards In a small but effective team you will be the link between sales, R&D (shaper and team riders) and our manufacturer in Asia.

Based on an annual market analysis (which you will put together) you will be involved in creating the product line and the development of the graphic design. In addition, you will be responsible for putting our boards in production – from the master plug to the final product. An important part of this process is the layup specification of the boards based on the range of use of each individual board. Furthermore, you will be responsible for warranties and related statistics and the handling of durability tests with our team riders and other partners like rental centers. We are looking for someone with the right educational back ground and experience to cover the technical part of the job (plastic engineers or mechanical engineers) as well as the marketing and product management issues. It would be an advantage if you have experience in building Windsurf or Surf boards.

We need a very engaged team player, who can handle stress well, has good knowledge of English and German (spoken and written) and who is not looking for a nine-to-five job. The mastery of Outlook, Word and Excel (pivot tables) should go without saying. Additionally it is necessary to have basic knowledge of Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Creative Suite 5 and Rhino 3D.
