Ben Proffitt has been in Cape Town for a few weeks and released his third training diary with news from Cape Town. Unforunately the UK windsurfer Ben Proffitt has to stay off the water at the moment as injured his leg. He has a Lisfranc injury and needed a surgery in Cape Town. In this episode of the training diary he explains his injury in detail as it’s a common injury in windsurfing.

Then he talks about some great windsurfing action from Big Bay ft. Moritz Mauch, Julian Salmonn, Adam Lewis, etc. Big Bay is an ideal spot for jumping. Adam Lewis went big despite a serious ankle injury and Marc Pare landed the biggest stalled Forward loops, Back loops and Rocket Airs. Great to watch!!! Marc came closer to the Push Loop Forward and tried double Forward loops, too. He definitely will give his opponents on tour a hard time this year.

Part 2 shows action from Big Bay starring the Club Vass team. Ben filmed a lot of hard crashes of less known names, who have shown “big balls” in the world class jumping arena.
