This year the Big Bay Classic features two disciplines: Wave and Slalom. And additionally the Slalom result will count as the IFCA Slalom Worldchampionships 2008. The 2008 championships should have taken place in Portugal, but got cancelled. Little bit late for a 2008 title. But better late, than never.

Today at the inscription we saw already some big names: Ross Williams, Ben van der Steen, Alberto Menegatti for the Slalom. In the wave discipline: Kevin Mevissen, Phil Horrocks and many more.
