The Santa Cruz Goya Windsurfing Festival is over. After two days of competition at Waddell Beach, Levi Siver won the PRO category in front of Marcilio Browne and Graham Ezzy. The women´s category was won by Ingrid Larouche in front of Sam Bittner and Fiony Wylde. Harley Stone won the Youth Categroy, Reed Nelson the Masters and Jerry McKay the Amateurs.
