“It was another fun day at the reef, at just another spot,” Antoine said after his session. AndDumbea’s left looks amazing. The New Caledonian windsurfer Antoine Albert rides perfect down the line conditions at a remote reef break in New Caledonia.

There are plenty of little islands and reefs next to to the city of Noumea, which only can can be reached by boat. The conditions at Dumbea were very clean, but Antoine had to take care to not land his Aerials on the very shallow reef, on the corals or on the sharp rocks. Just look at the drone shots in the video. Dumbea works best with southern or south western swell and side off shore wind from north-eastern direction.

But keep in mind: the spot is quite exposed, unexpected currents can make troubles and plenty of sharks can be around.
