Yentel Caers is one of the master minds in modern freestyle windsurfing and has the ability to rotate several times through the air without touching the water. The Belgian is very focused in his daily routine. When the wind is off he swings on his mountain bike. His favorite playground is Tarifa as he can travel by van having all his toys with him.

Mentally Yentel is a very strong rider, who is able to come back in a double elimination after losing early in the single elimination. There aren’t many riders, who can do that. He often has the highest scores on his sheets. He biggest rivals for are Lennart Neubauer, Jacopo Testa, Balz Müller. Lennart actually leads the ranking, but Yentel still has the chance to win his 4th PWA Freestyle World title in 2026. His personal dream would be to reach the amount of titles Gollito Estredo has won. The Venezuelan has won 9 PWA Freestyle World titles throughout his career so far. Yentel is 31 years of age and has won his titles in 2019, 2023 and 2025. He as well won an FPT title in 2023 and an EFPT title in 2019. It’s his 13th year on the PWA tour having his debut back in 2013 in Podersdorf, Lake Neusiedl , Austria. Let’s see what the future will bring. We wish good luck!
