Yarden Meir (20), Israel´s top PWA freestyle windsurfer, spent a lot of time back home in Eilat and other spots in Israel while the wintermonths. The number 11 of the last year´s PWA ranking has an unique style. He combines power and finest technique in his moves.
“Since 2 months I´m in Israel, most of the time at home in Eilat. I also got some conditions in the north of Israel and could gather some filmclips and made this video. For now I´m trying to go somewhere for training before the first PWA, which will start on the 27th of April in Podersdorf, Austria.” (Yarden Meir, ISR-91)
He trained hard, risked a lot, crashed hard several times. The results are extremely high Shakas, unbelieveable double Grubbies and a lot of other crazy moves or attempts. Really great action!

For me yardens high shakas and forwards look so much more radical and stylish than Kiris spock into culo into whatever….(although it’s a technically difficult move and I respect that!)
Style should count more than technically difficult combi moves in the PWA events!
