I liked the video a lot, it’s entertaining and it shows the real picture how hard it is to achieve high level of riding and making wave moves
In every sport you must get lots of hard beatings to go on higher level of performance

Regarding comments about equipment – it’s all about the rider skills not the equipment
I am sure top riders can perform high level of windsurfing on any equipment of the top brands

Not a vid that Ricardo should be proud of. Of course even the greats do wipeout and pain. This Naish equipment is a setback for the venezuelan imho. Naish is famous for amateurish windsurfing equipment, a result of years underestimation and focusing on other aspects of water activities: kiting, foiling etc.. Ricardo should have stuck with Thommen and Pryde. He has the talent to get this fantasy world wave title, but he is not at the right brand imho. Wish him the best of luck.

But that put to the side many pro riders have custom (prototype) boards that may actually be quite different from what the average consumer will get when they buy a board. And for the most part I dont think what brand of gear you ride matters too much anymore, having tried… Read more »
