The second WWEC 2010 event will take place on January 29 – 31 in Lithuania, Vente. Because of no wind the first event in Finland ended up with no results, now the ice conditions and the wind forecast is promising and we hope for a good race this weekend!
Last year there was a competitive racing between leaders of WWEC 2009 and Lithuanian riders, who are very technical and fast in both disciplines. In addition, this year some Polish riders are joining who have never participated in any of WWEC events so far but have shown remarkable results in the course discipline at the World Championship last year.
The event will be based in Vent?, camping “Ventaine” that is about 46 km from Klaip?da. As in all other events, the gathering starts on Friday for test rides and is followed by two competition days for both disciplines – slalom and course racing.
