Russian freestyle windsurfer Vladimir Yakovlev spent a great time on the island of Rhodes last summer and landed some nice freestyle moves in flat water and onshore waves. Now he found time to edit a clip.
I am coming to Prasonisi with my camps for already 8 years. After all these years this place has become a home to me. After a whole winter in Vietnam, I really miss Greek cuisine. It even seems to be more and more tasty every year. Apart my job as a coach, I train pretty hard for myself. This year I decided to try something different and vary my training process. So I took a wave board with me. I was riding the wave side in Prasonisi, but unfortunately this season was pretty poor with the waves, even on higher wind days. I didn’t have enough wave training as I wanted to and therefore my wave skills are still not that good. But I am sure, everything is still ahead!
