The two French windsurfers Julien Taboulet and Thomas Traversa were riding a huge swell during November 2010 somewhere in between France and Spain at Cabo de Higuer at the Spanish-French border.

Not really windsurfing, more like big surf with a sail to keep the balance… Like watching Cape Verde PWA contest which is all about surfing and no jumping.. impressive but boring to watch
