Ricardo Campello and a few locals ride some powerful waves at Praia do Pepe in Barra da Tijuca near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The waves are thick and powerful. The wind blows quite off shore. It’s great to see that Rio de Janeiro offers some decent wave windsurfing conditions besides the famous surfing spots.
