Josh Angulo has won the second Slalom Elimination at the PWA Windsurf World Cup Sylt. Josh’s victory was a bit of a surprise, but Angulo is one of the sailors, who has a lot of experience in all sort of conditions. The second elimination saw the same conditions like the first elimination, flat water and straight offshore wind ranging between 7 and 23 knots. After two slalom eliminations, one victory for Cyril Moussilmani and one for Josh Angulo, it is the French sailor Julien Quentel, who is leading the overall rank with a 6th and a 2nd place.
