Ricardo Campello won the night session in front of a massive crowd on the beach.

On the seventh day of the PWA World Cup Sylt a night session was scheduled for 19:00 in the evening. With the sun setting the forecasted strong wind arrived. In the first heat Victor Fernandez was sailing against Dany Bruch. Fernandez advanced, but unfortunately the Spaniard tweaked his ankle so he had to withdraw from the final, which meant Bruch sailed in the final. The other heat was Ricardo Campello vs. Alex Mussolini. Ricardo was showing his full repertoire and did Double Forwards at both tacks and Tweaked Pushloops, as if he  would sail in normal light conditions.  So, it was no surprise that Ricardo also won the final against Dany Bruch.
