Day 4 at Pozo Izquierdo 2012 saw stormy winds. Probably the strongest conditions we saw while the past years. But the riders were definitely prepared and sailed great. Philip Köster won the single against Victor Fernandez. Dario Ojeda defeated Dany Bruch for place 3. 16 men and 2 ladies heats followed afterwards in the double elimination.
We sat down with Duncan and he gave great comments on this epic stormy day, which saw as well an injury. Olya Raskina from Russia landed a Forward Loop in 50 knots+ really hard and crashed her ligaments in the knee. All the best to her!
