Dave Johns followed Philip Köster with his camera during a session in Western Australia earlier in 2025. Philip — who finished the season third overall — clearly feels at home in port-tack conditions, just like the ones he grew up with. He throws down his signature repertoire with ease: Takas, tweaked aerials, one-handed goiters, and even a back loop off the lip.
