“Pacasmayo Rules” is a video featuring the 19 year-old Chilean windsurfer Alex Vargas at Pacasmayo in Peru. The footage was captured during the American Windsurfing Tour event this year and during some free windsurfing session. At the moment Alex is on Maui to prepare for the Aloha Classic.
