Miguel Chapuis is one of the young and talented riders in the international wave windsurfing scene. He lives in Tarifa, finished the 2019 PWA Wave Tour on place 24 and is the 2nd best ranked youth rider. The 19 year-old rider spent a part of his winter in South Africa and released a clip with some excellent action.
