Italian wave rider Marco Revel loves the summer conditions at Diamond Head, Oahu. Diamond Head is a world class spot for wave sailing and port tack jumping.
Marco Revel: “I try to spend in Oahu at least a month every summer, looking to get good conditions for wave sailing, surfing and suping! The wind is always quite light and off-shore, ideal for wave sailing both in Diamond Head, where the video was realized, and in Toes, where the water-shoot pics were taken by Francis Brewer. Conditions are usually consistent in summer and waves from south-pacific are clean and long-period! In some days the wind is too light or too offshore, so surfing or suping is a good alternative.”
