Daida Ruano Moreno and Philip Köster are the winners of the 38th edition of the Gran Canaria Gloria Windsurf World Cup.
Although the wind conditions were light and difficult during the nine day of competition, the Pro Men’s and Women’s divisions, the youth Under-13, Under-15, Under-18 and Under-21 categories and the Master’s (+45) and Grand Master’s (+55) divisions got completed.
“It has been a week with challenging conditions at times, but thanks to smart decision-making and everyone’s goodwill, we managed to complete all the categories of this international event as well as the Spanish Cup. We are very pleased with the participants’ spirit and determination,” said event organizer Björn Dunkerbeck.
