French young wave windsurfing talents Julien & Titouan Flechet had a great wave windsurfing session in starboard tack conditions in Brittany. A strong storm hit the beach of Le Steir at Penmarch (close to La Torche at the southern coast of Brittany). It’s a great spot for jumping, but works well for waveriding (one hitter action).
