Hurricane Nina hit the Norwegian West coast in January 2015. This movie shows the nice waves at Lista’s right hander point at the south western part of Norway’s rugged coastline.
Luckily Jorgen from Goya Norway forgot his harness and was forced to stay on shore with his video camera recording Frithjof Opsal and his friends.
“We wanted to show the view of the nature. It was a unique day and we are so happy to get some footage on camera. And we also like it kind of “slow” and wanted to show whole wave rides and not only highlights.” Tormod Martinsen

What a damm nice video! Setting, music and edit fits perfectly, love it.
The Wave at 2:00 ist siiccckk!!
Really nice video! Despite what Timi says, I think that music was great for this footage!
great waves!
No edits anymore, only whole rides-this is the real stuff !! Good job, dudes! Even a crash or trying to get over the white water is more interesting than a supa-dupa highly-edited no-footed air taka.
really nice! i like the idea of taking it slow and showing the whole ride!
the music is what it is, i had to turn it off… 😉
i loved the music and i found it fits perfectly to the video, and i think many did think the same. obviously there is no point in fighting over personal music taste, just wanted the makers of this video to know it.
i also enjoyed the video edit, i would say it is a little bit too long all in all, but the idea of long edits definitely works very well, and it is a very nice video to watch.
