Franzi Fix is a 18 year-old windsurfer from the Dominican Republic, whose goal is to become a professional windsurfer one day. Last June Franzi took part the American Windsurfing Tour event at Santa Cruz, where he was able to win the youth division in front of Harley Stone. Franzi told us: “It was my first competition out of the Dominican Republic. Different place, different waves and different temperatures, the water was FREEZING !! So it was definitly a challenge but I gave it all and the results where good.”  A few days ago Franzi released a clip with action from his home Carbarete.
Hey Sarah ! Thank you so much for commenting so stoked on that ik A huge fan of your moves…. Yea it gets way bigger in the winter …. In the summer its flat but with 25 to 30 knots almost daily … So we filmed it on one day that there was a small swell 🙂
