An icy freestyle session for the German windsurfer Fabi Weber in -2°C at Lake Ammer (Ammersee), upper Bavaria, Germany. Despite the cold temperatures and thin ice along the shore he landed a few really nice tricks and seems to enjoy the session at his home spot. The lake is the third biggest lake in Bavaria, located south west of Munich. The best spots are located on the eastern shore of the 47 km2 big lake. Herrschinger Cross is the most popular spot on the 16 kilometer long lake, which is a result of huge melting glaciers during the ice age. If you are in Munich or near and a low pressure system arrives from N-NW it’s definitely worth a visit. You probably will meet Fabi at one of the spots, when it’s windy.
