Days Before the IWT/PWA Windsurf World Cup 2025 in Matanzas, Chile
The countdown is on for the IWT/PWA Wave Windsurf World Cup 2025 in Matanzas, Chile! This 5-star event runs from March 24 to April 6, bringing together a world-class fleet of riders. So far, 17 pro women, 56 pro men, 21 masters, and more than 15 juniors have signed up—and almost all the big names are on the list!
This event marks the fourth event of the 2025 season, following successful stops in Western Australia, Japan, and Puerto Rico. Right now, Sarah-Quita Offringa and Bernd Roediger are leading the rolling pro wave rankings, while Charlie Roviratops the masters division.
With just days to go, Matanzas has been firing! A solid swell and steady winds have provided the perfect warm-up conditions. As the tide dropped in the afternoon, the pros took full advantage—scoring long, clean wave rides and throwing down technical moves off hte lop like Aerials, Frontside 360s and Goiters.
