Antoine Albert, freestyle pro from New Caledonia, presents his latest action video from Cape Town. Unfortunatley Antoine injured his ankle and needed a lot of therapy in Cape Town.
“After a 2 month training journey in South Africa around Cape Town freestyle and wave sailing, I managed to collect some footage to edit this video. After an intense start of the trip in terms of sailing, I unfortunately injured my right ankle that put me out of the water for 2 weeks plus one week of chill sailing not to injure it again. At the end of the trip I when back close to my level thanks to a non stop blowing wind in Mother City and regular osteopathy sessions. I also got some good surf sessions in glassy and powerful beach break with a lot of current. Right now I’m in Morocco in Moulay Bouzerktoune to train myself on starboard tack and will also participate to the PWA wave qualifier.” (Antoine Albert)
