In his third vlog UK windsurfer Adam Sims takes us to Brandvlei lake (Worcester Yacht Club) and to the Kraalbaai lagoon. Together with Lena Erdil, he visits the Mon Coeur kindergarten at Hout Bay and he takes kids from a township to Rietvlei lake to show and teach them windsurfing.
