Today was the first day of the PWA World Cup at Jinha Beach, Ulsan, South Korea. With wind readings between 6-9 knots the conditions were just not enough to start the first race.Â
Only 14 women and 44 men have registered for the event, which makes it a bit easier to advance from the first round heats. Last year the fleets were a bit bigger with 17 women and 59 men competing at Korea.
