Danish pro-windsurfer Lars Petersen (D-99) looks back on his life as a windsurfing pro. The 46 year-old sportsman participated in almost 60 PWA events in freestyle and waves and produced sensational instructional windsurfing DVDs. He still knows how to ride big swell or land stalled Forwards and even is riding waves with fire under his rails of the board. His eternal passion/fire for the water will never fade.

I met Lars when living on Oahu back in the late 90s. He was passing through town on his way to that epic PWA event in Namotu. He sailed diamond head a few days with us. One of the nicest guys I have ever met and still ripping!!!!
