The second day of the IFCA Slalom World Championships on Sylt, Germany started sunny and windy and the first Slalom Elimination got started at 10:15.  Everything looked like a good day for slalom competition, but after the first heat was finished, it became very foggy and the sailors of the second heat were not able to see the marks anymore, so the heat got cancelled.

After the fog had passed, the wind dropped and the sailors were put on hold but unfortunately the wind never materialized enough to allow the competition to resume.
