The winter has fully kicked in in Latvia. Everything is frozen, windsurfing is impossible. But…no problem for Edzus Viksna, Janis Solks and Maris Minkevics. They just switch boards and windsurf on the frozen Daugava river near the small town Saulkalne in Latvia. They even jump loops and perform some freestyle tricks.
