§2 Offers

All offers are valid for orders placed whilst stocks last.

§3 Price
All prices include VAT at the current rates and are in Euro.

§4 Right of withdrawal
The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within two weeks without any reasons in written form or by returning the goods.
The term begins at the earliest with receipt of this notification. To comply with the term it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in time. The withdrawal shall be addressed to: Mag. Christoph Pressler/ Akazienweg 2e-2/ A-7122 Gols
In case of an effective withdrawal you can return any ordered item in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, as long as there is no obvious use of articles (unopened and shrink-wrap intact).
If you are unable to re-transfer the performance received or only in a deteriorated way you are obliged to pay damages for the value.
You can avoid indemnification by avoiding using the goods as an owner and omitting everything that reduces their value.
When returning goods of a delivery with a value up to 40.00 EURO the buyer has to bear the cost of the return if the delivered goods equal the goods ordered. In any other case the return of goods is free.
All payments must be made within a 30 days period after sending the withdrawal.

§5 Delivery
1. Shipping to Austria will cost 2 Euro, EU wide (not including the overseas territories)shipping is 6 Euro and for all other countries 8 Euro. Orders that are exceeding 100 Euro are free of shipping charge.
2. The order will be delivered to the customer’s stated delivery address.
3. The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract, when the item is not shipped within 4 weeks.
4. If a product is not in stock, the seller is not obligated to deliver.
5. Informations according terms of delivery are without obligation.
6. There is no obligation to ship abroad.

§6 Terms of payment
We accept bank transfer and credit card paymant (with Paypal).
