New Windsurfing Center in Sigri on the Greek island of Lesbos.
A new spot in Greece! Flatwater, waves and much wind, that is Sigri. It looks like this spot is excellent for freestyle windsurfing.
Sigri is located at the west coast of the island of Lesbos. The beautiful fishing village Sigri offers four spots within a few minutes. The new windsurfing center is managed by Martina and Marcel and is located directly at the main spot in the bay of Sigri. The Meltemi wind blows side offshore and keeps the surface of the water flat. More outside you catch the Greek swell in the channel. The bay is very safe, because of its protection by the island of Nissiopi.
The new windsurfing center is equipped with new Simmer sails and RRD boards. As an opening present all bookings get 20% discount on rental material.

What beautiful pictures of Lesbos.
I think I might book my holiday there next year when the Olympics head to London. Will be much quieter there.
Thanks for the article
